Laboratory Control — From green bean to finished product.
Every incoming green coffee batch is sampled and sent to international labs for Aflatoxin B1 testing. Upon arrival, moisture and density are measured, followed by organoleptic assessment for each origin.
Before production starts, every roasted batch is checked against pre-defined parameters to ensure recipe compliance.
During production, the lab continuously monitors hermeticity, filling dynamics, residual oxygen, and sensory profiles.
Two boxes from every production cycle are kept as archive samples. Selected capsules are fully re-tested after one week to ensure stability.
Independent verification by external accredited labs covers chemical and microbiological parameters, including heavy metals and molds, confirming stable batch quality.
